Thank you Gerd
with the default inc/address i got now mkgmap:admin_level=DEU, but the
searches in Germany didn't work. Searches in Belgium are successful.
And you're right, there must be a problem with the bounds from January, 18th,
with the one from January, 6th, the search works as expected.
