I think we should add this line add the beginning of points and lines
to improve address search in the Czech Republic:
addr:streetnumber=* & addr:housenumber=* & addr:conscriptionnumber=* { set
mkgmap:housenumber='${addr:streetnumber}' }

The addr:streetnumber(s) follow the usual odd/even system while the
addr:conscriptionnumber(s) are more or less random.
