thanks for help. The sea file is OK, but:
I don´t know why, but my europe-mkgmap command was not complete.
The option "-c ..\..\mkgmap_options_base.args" was missing.
No idea why.
Now the computer builds europa with sea, so that i can upload it tomorrow to the homepage.

Other Lands has sea. Build from the same osm-data (cut with osmconvert) with the same styles and options.
The map has 10GB instead of 14 with older mkgmap?
