Folder for CN EU 2017.20 is "City Navigator Europe NTU 2017.20.gmap",
with spaces. Name inside info.xml is the same:
<Name>City Navigator Europe NTU 2017.20</Name>

Each manifest there shows layout of a City Navigator map. You can
actually download these maps, basing on links from manifest, Garmin left
them open.
