Yes, my GPSMAP 66s runs the latest firmware (4.20 see https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=14337).
Note that the France OpenTopoMap on the same device is working properly. I can also try the map on my 64s if this can help to identify the problem...
