Version mkgmap-r4921 was committed by gerd on Mon, 10 Jun 2024 fix split() so that there are no gaps between the 4 children With high precision coordinates, some points were not added to the tree because they were within this gap. This quadtree implementation is only used by the flood blocker code which is not used when precomp-sea is used.
