It's nice to see that the victory in LToY wasn't quite end all be all and there
are still consequences springing up; adds a sense of curse to the survivors,
especially as they were in the radioactive (literally ;) heart of evil. The
conflict did end rather... quickly after building up the whole time but after
so many Marzac-ish possesions and such a break could be had, and I guess the
whole purpose was to show that they ARE still vulnerable from aftereffects.
