I can think of ways that most of those things could be covered. For instance:

Really, if they are still in place, I just figure they'd probably throw their lot in with the northern rabble-rousers, perhaps take it over after a while. Initially at least I didn't intend for the prime mover in the to be very powerful. If he had been, he probably would do something more than pull strings. If there are more powerful players to the south, then they would likely just roll with it and use the tensions to further their agenda. > > Then there's the fact that Metamor has an as yet to be revealed Mithril mine > that is being improved from the ruin that Murikeer left behind in exposing > it. Indeed. If this storyline took shape as I proposed, the Mithril would be another factor in the long lines of intrigue produced, so it could be quite compatible with my proposition. > > Overall the idea does have some merit that could be looked into, however, > depending on the long term plots currently under development by the current > writer base. Anyone involved with the opposition would be quite reluctant to trust a Keeper, and they already have it on their own mage's authority that the effect is identical to the Curse. As for people's storylines, I'm fully aware that a lot of people would have to Ok the idea for it to go too far. If people had other ideas, though, it could at least be used to produce some intrigue for those who would like some. > From: Nathan Pfaunmiller <[email protected]> > To: MKGuild <[email protected]> > Sent: Tue, August 3, 2010 10:44:03 PM > Subject: [Mkguild] Idea for possible jumping-off point > > Hey guys! > > I've been doing a lot of story-related thinking lately, and I had an idea > recently that I wanted to propose to the general population of the list. > > > > > > > > !DSPAM:4c595df5122901366210097! _______________________________________________ MKGuild mailing list [email protected] http://lists.integral.org/listinfo/mkguild
