Ever since Charles Matthias announced that he didn't want any funny
business surrounding the Duke's wedding, I have not been able to
keep myself from thinking what a loss this was. MK has a lot of
humor in it, and it makes it all the more fun. But alas, MK authors
can only wonder what might have been...

"Let the record show that this, the 30th day of the month of
December, in the year 707 Cristos Reckoning, that this court has
convened to discuss the case of one Jacob Sparrow, who is hereby
accused of twenty-eight counts of comic mischief in and around the
festivities surrounding the Duke's wedding, with ancillary charges
including but not limited to: Arson, impersonating a knight of the
Red Stallion, impersonating a diplomat of the Southern Midlands,
impersonating the Duke, impersonating a priest of the Holy Order of
the Ecclesia, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest. How does
the defendant plead?"
The bird in the defendant's box ruffled his feathers a moment and
replied, "On my knees, if I had any, sir." He then promptly burst
out laughing.
LOL! That is cute and hilarious. :-)
I'd add it to our noncanon list. :-)
May He bless you and keep you in His grace and love,
Charles Matthias
