Well things are returning to normal here. Got power, phone & internet back finally!
I am reminded how easy it is too lose things like that and take a person back into the 19th century with none of the modern conveniences. But even without power lie went on. People went to work and cleaned up the mess. I had only a few limbs come down and a little water (just a puddle) in the cellar. A few roads are still out but locally no major problems. Within a 50 mile radius however there has been major destruction due to flooding. Bridges out, two people killed by flood waters and even some town totally cut off.
