I'm not asking for the Mona Lisa.  Just a basic sketch of what goes where so 
whoever places the order has a reference of the layout to give to the company 
that makes it.  Another option would be to talk it through with one of the 
artists on the list.

Just Google custom sew-on patches. It wont be cheap for a single patch if done 
in a set of 10 for instance it runs about 130$ with price dropping off 
drastically as more are ordered i think i was quoted 40 for a single run of one 
patch.
