How canon, exactly, is Fox Cutter’s origin as someone from a world similar
to our own supposed to be? (He mentions Pompeii in ‘Deeper Underground’
<http://metamorkeep.com/story/Deeper_Underground1.php> and says, “You have no
idea,” in a stage whisper to himself when Misha comments, “Fox, at times it
amazes me just how different a world you come from,” in that same story.)
