Follow-up Comment #2, bug #12049 (project mldonkey):
it works fine here, i use 2.5-30-15 my settings are
max_upload_slots = 5
BT_max_bt_uploaders = 3
BT_max_uploaders_per_torrent = 2
i had constant 5 uploads-slots open, 2 from it are Donkey, 3 Bittorent
Think this Bug is not any more present in newest CVS
