BTW, why does the BTS allow the status "Dupe - Open" after all? That
constitutes a bug in itself, I'd say. IMO the right thing to do would be to
close the bug and make an entry in the duped-to bug about the duped bug.
Where can I make a suggestion to get this addition in the BTS?
