Follow-up Comment #3, bug #13114 (project mldonkey):
I just restarted the core and the largest file (400K) got committed. Now, I
am wondering if I am just a witnessing a reoccurence of bug #9100 since the
two remaining files unlike their larger, 400K "peer" had Japanese names in
them. I renamed to all ASCII and restarted the core again. So far, the
files have not been moved, though.
