Download worked flawlessly, file finished, but...

This error message occured when the file finished. It did not harm to the
core, just a small note.
A notification mail was not sent, this is the main purpose of this bug
report. AFAICR for single file torrents I got a mail, so this
maybe only valid for multi-file torrents, maybe in connection with
the error message above.
