quick test looks good.
I can delete all Files from the shared dir, without the Files that current be
uploading.
I can delete all Files from the incoming dir, without the Files that current
be uploading.

can�t confirm that, i can delete these Files too
but the Files are still shown in upstats, and after a Request from any File
that was deletet the File was new created with 0 kb.
