Follow-up Comment #1, bug #13257 (project mldonkey):
I think the graph generation itself is fine. I think the problem is concerned
either with locking done by the graph generation process. lock observance as
the file is read by the web server process, or maybe the IO used in this web
server process is kind of not blocking/waiting for the file to be closed by
the graph generation process.. or some combination of all three, or none of
the above :)
