Details:
An option to limit connection to server groups on the same subnet such as the
ProbenPrinz.de group 62.241.53.2,4,15-17
While having a low amount of sources and slow speed i checked my server list
and found myself connect to 3 servers of this group (2,4 and 17) changing them
immediately improved speed and amount of sources
i am using mldonkey 2.5.16q

Do we really need this? Are there other clients which implement this?
