Follow-up Comment #2, bug #10932 (project mldonkey):
im not sure if its the intension of the to stop sources from being dropped but
to automatically either raise the good_client_rank if you have few sources (
less then 50? ) or lower it if you have many sources ( more then 1000? )
considering the current source managment it seems that dropped sources are not
an issue anymore
