Follow-up Comment #1, bug #13084 (project mldonkey):
Here is quick fix telling mldonkey to use 1 chunk for filetp downloads.
It's increasing range for bt downloads as well as a side effect
Restarting core seem to break effect of patch, maybe someone want to improove
it
