Follow-up Comment #18, bug #14103 (project mldonkey):

I've seen clients report themselves to other clients as bitsonwheels,  
with the same clientID coding you're showing.
I can testify that these are NOT bits on wheels.
they'd report something like : -BOWP07-xxxxxxxxUDP0
where x = binary byte.

Bits on wheels uses a similar coding (-BOWP07-xxxxx) but doesn't  
finish its ID with UDP0 specifically
(this could happen in 1 chance out of 255^12 (more or less, less I  
guess)  ;-))

I've seen some of these clients report as Azureus 2.3.0.4 on the  
tracker.
