Could you try again with CVS version ?
(And no, you shouldn't lose data by removing secondary downloads; Present
intervals are really a swarmer property, but stored in downloads entries for
compatibility with network supports that don't use swarming; That's the
primary download's present intervals that matter. And fixing that so that
intervals are stored in their logical place, in the swarmer entry, is not
easy).
