Details:

Hi,

MLDonkey server does not support normal address/mask format in allowed_ips.
It's quite unfortunate that the allowed_ips variable doesn't accept the
normal address/mask format, because that way there is no easy way to specify
networks such as 213.202.64.0/18, let alone something larger.
