Details:
example:
* User usr_one is member of group gr_one (default) and gr_two.
* User usr_two is member of group gr_two (default) and gr_one.
* both users are _not_ admin.
* User usr_one is downloading file file_one (goup of the file is gr_one).
Problem:
usr_two can change the group af the file even if he is not the owner.
