Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18959 (project mldonkey):
Same problem here. It can easily be reproduced by clicking on the downloading
item for details in the webinterface. The system will instantly jump to 100%
cpu. Shutting down de interface, thus aborting the request, results in going
back to a normal 10% cpu (or lower).
