Details:

I don't know if this is due to a bad management of trackers, but when I seed
torrents from mlnet I get pityful upload rates, something like 9Kb/s when i
can upload at 120K... 
And this is even more materialised after an mlnet restart : 
when I just downloaded a torrent, i seed at 60Kb/s for example during days...
but after a restart, I never upload more than 9Kb/s.

I just don't get it, if I try when another torrent client an another port and
share the same torrent files, I seed at 90Kb/s.
