Follow-up Comment #5, bug #25387 (project mldonkey):
Thomas, removing the upload limit you probably didn't solve the problem at
all, you simply tricked another problems that deactivates UDP completely and,
thus, ‘solves’ your UDP problem as a side-effect (but things work worse,
not better, as in that case UDP is not used at all).
See open bug #21992 regarding that UDP problem.
IMHO this bug should be re-opened.
