Details:
If the temp directory is made to change if the downloads are paused/running
(i.e not complete), then after the downloads do get completed the resultant
file is corrupt.
Overall mldonkey makes a mess of things...it does not clear the old temp
directory and starts downloading partially in the new temp directory.
