Details:
Sometimes I accidently close the console by clicking 'X'. This disables the
close button on startup, and re-enables it after a proper exit. It also sets
the console title to the MLnet version.
Patch must be applied after pthreads.diff from patch #4358 since it
conflicts.
Tested on XP.
