Follow-up Comment #2, patch #5297 (project mldonkey):
Added another patch to fix this problem when MLDonkey is
started with MLDONKEY_DIR=.
In this case a new directory is not created although downloads.ini
is created. In the case of newly created ini files no option
hooks are called, which makes this kind of patches necessary.
