commonNetwork cleanups
Remove unused exported functions and values from commonNetwork.mli; On
the other side, always call "methods" thru an exported function in
that interface. Grouped the interface in sections. Added ocamldoc
comments.
Modified CommonNetwork.new_network to remove donkey-specific
code. Also in new_network, what is this Obj.magic for ? Code compiles
without it...)
Rewrote CommonInteractive.clean_exit to avoid global variables
Made network_info type immutable. Since values of that type are
"synthetized" from live network informations, they don't need to be
mutated. Renamed network_connected to network_connected_servers, if
that's really what it contains.
