Hi!
As always every few months from my side a cleanup to the longhelp command of
mldonkey. Mostly formatting issues, but I also added 'all' to some commands,
just to be complete.
Currently I didn't remove the "use arg 'all' for all" statements but I think
they are no longer necessary then.
