Follow-up Comment #3, patch #5781 (project mldonkey):
I have been trying to find a solution for the problem with Corel Distribution
Network, a possible fix is use local file web_info (if exists) when the
request fails.
I have write a patch what works successfully, but it has a collateral effect,
if the file guardian.p2p (leve1.gz) is loaded of local, the other web_info
some times is not completed, I believe that the problem is related to 100%
cpu usage when load ipblock.
Patch attached, please test
