patch, I also thought to implement that but I stayed away from it because I
do not like to expose this feature too widely, linear downloading, done by
many users, hurts spreading of the file, because too many people will hunt
for the first blocks of a file, at the end you have lots of dead files on the
net where the first 10-20% are available

order download is better and switching to linear download should not be too
