Adding the sender mail (which isn't even a real email) to the subject is
unnecessary and consumes much of the subject.

Hi,
I have approved your project. You will receive an automated e-mail
containing detailed information about the approval.
Before to upload the source code, please add some copyright and license
notices in non-trivial files (>10 lines) from websites/. If some of your files
cannot carry such notices (e.g. binary files), then you can add a README file
in the same directory containing the copyright and license notices. Check
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for further
information.
Regards.
