Follow-up Comment #1, patch #7364 (project mldonkey):
Additional patch to fix link problems when MLDonkey is compiled without BT
support, which is currently the only source of build/bitstring.cm*. Compiling
"make mldonkey" or "configure --enable-minimum && make" would fail otherwise.
It also fixes broken "ml[donkey|bt|...]+gui" make targets, please test.
