Yeah it’s pretty cold here…

I prefer to deal with reinforcement learning things first. The PR of manifold 
learning is too old that I’m afraid I have forgotten how I implemented it. The 
only thing I remembered about that PR is it was not well tested. :) And I 
haven’t had chance to play with manifold learning after that.
