Hi Fangshuo,

A good place to start for the project would be to implement LMNN with
one of the regular SDP solvers that we have in mlpack, then verify that
that works correctly.  Then you can move on to figure out how to use
LRSDP to accomplish the same objective.

I'm not sure if there are any specific questions you wanted me to answer
here, but that might be a good start.
