Hello there everyone, Today I tagged and released mlpack 3.0.1, a pretty simple bugfix release.
In short, the motivating issue for the release was that if you compile mlpack with OpenMP but don't compile something that uses mlpack with OpenMP, this can cause very strange issues with newer versions of Armadillo. Now, mlpack 3.0.1 will issue a warning in these situations. You can download the new version from here: http://www.mlpack.org/files/mlpack-3.0.1.tar.gz There is a full list of changes here: http://www.mlpack.org/history.html There are some other incremental improvements and functionality additions detailed in that changelog. Many of these contributions were from students applying to Google Summer of Code---thank you all for your hard work in putting together this release. :) Thanks! Ryan -- Ryan Curtin | "Wha' happened?"
