Hey Marcus, Ryan, and fellow Mlpack contributors, I am Rohan Raj (Github : mirraaj) <https://github.com/mirraaj>, undergraduate student from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati. I am writing this email to you to express my interests in becoming a part of *MLPACK* for the coming *Google Summer of Codes*.
I am interested in the project of deep *reinforcement learning*. I applied for GSOC'18 the previous year but was not able to make through the process. Also, could you please let me know the organization's project ideas for algorithm development / testing in the field of reinforcement learning? I have a few open PRs with mlpack. I am planning to complete the work as soon as possible. Could you please let me know if there are any specific work that I could do in the meantime?
