Hi Sayan, Could you be more specific by not being able to find the code base. from what I understand their could be 2 possibility:
1) you actually can't find the codebase, in that case you need to look at the directory u were in the terminal when you executed git clone ... 2) you included the mlpack header and nothing happened(error got thrown) in that case u r gonna have to build from source or install. The steps are here: https://www.mlpack.org/doc/mlpack-3.0.4/doxygen/build.html I would suggest you use Ubuntu for this as it is way easy to build or install mlpack there.
