I submitted a draft proposal for particle swarm optimization with all needed things to be mentioned stated in https://github.com/mlpack/mlpack/wiki/Google-Summer-of-Code-Application-Guide .
I request the mentor of the PSO project Marcus Edel to please review my proposal and suggest any changes if needed before the deadline of submission.
