Hi,
you can download the current stable build 3.2.1 of mlpack and
dependencies for openSUSE flavors at
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/kolbma:/devel:/libraries:/c_c++/
Samples from the website for C++ and Python are running successful on
x86_64 platform.
Other available platforms are i586, aarch64, armv7l, ppc64, ppc64le.
