The drawback of having $KDEHOME set to a non standard folder is that Kdenlive will not be informed of your personal settings (the ones defined in $HOMEPATH - usually $HOME/.kde). For example, the color theme or stuff like that will probably not be honored by Kdenlive. So when discussing with avilla, at some point we were thinking about linking the files in $HOMEPATH to the build script $KDEHOME to be able to follow the user settings. That's why I added the $HOMEPATH stuff, but I didn't finish the work (linking...), because I am not sure it really matters for now. So that's why the $HOMEPATH stuff is here... > > Can you put this new version online (or if you prefer we can host it on > > Kdenlive.org and you link to us - as you want) ? > > Since I have multiple build scripts, some changes can be made to > multiple scripts, so I prefer to keep it on mltframework.org for now.
