Murthy, Given your apparent concerns, what Patrick says is correct, but to be clear: You need a lawyer that can advise you, and be prepared to defend you in the event someone disagrees with his advice. If you are looking for someone here to tell you what you are doing is ok or not, you won't find it. Of if you do, you should not rely on it. So either you care enough to do it right (and I think you do) or you don't care in which case to whatever you want but don't bother us about it.
