As always, this new module is up for debate. My motivation is to replace the count generator in Kdenlive. But then I got carried away and added a film style clock. I aspire to add configurable colors. Also, there is some strange distortion on edges when the SAR is not square that I'd like to figure out. I put it in the gtk module because it depends on the pango producer.
