MLT videostab (vstab) and videostab2 are deprecated. We now use the
vid.stab library. I do not know much about transcode tool, so let's leave
that out of this to reduce confusion. MLT videostab2 was based on vid.stab,
but it forked an old version and was not maintained. The new MLT module
requires the library, and Shotcut always uses the latest version of
vid.stab. It has a shakiness parameter:
