The filter manager is next on my list. Unfortunately, my summer got away from
me and I haven't made a lot of progress. I have a working copy of frei0r to
implement some of Stefan's requests for the NDVI filter. When I complete that,
I will go back to the filter manager.
Personally, I'm not inspired to work on adding more filters to Shotcut until a
manager exists. I hate menu clutter and it's one of my pet peeves about
KDENLIVE.
