I am running this on Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit and executing command below in a
terminal.

melt A_David_Beckham.mp4 -filter movit.blur

There are other UI sessions open such as Browser and Unity. I have
installed CUDA and NVIDIA SDK and quite sure that nvidia drivers are
working , as I am able to use nvenc_h264 (instead of libx264) via ffmpeg.
